Before & After School Club LaunchINg 23 February 2026
ACE place is run by dedicated staff who make it a priority to know the needs of the pupils in our care. Our aim is to give busy parents more flexibility in the school day in the knowledge that their children are able to access a setting that reinforces our school ACE values and promotes positive outcomes.
After School Leader:
All bookings should be made via parent pay. You can manage all bookings through the app, such as amending or cancelling already booked sessions. Payments for sessions used and booked should be made via the app.
All bookings will need to be paid for at the time of the sessions being booked, accounts must be in credit to allow bookings.
If you need to secure a regular place for your child, it is advisable to make your bookings HALF-TERMLY or TERMLY as certain days may be very popular.
Before School Club - 30 spaces
Our Before School Club provides childcare for children from Reception to Year 6 and operates daily during term time from 8.00am - 8.45am. A healthy well-balanced breakfast will be served. This will consist of cereal, toast, fruit juice, milk and water.
After School Club - 30 places
Our After School Club provides childcare for children from Reception to Year 6 and operates daily during term time from 3.15pm - 6pm. ACE place will provide a simple snack to all children before 4.30 (Early pick up)
Children attending the After School Club will able to access a range of activities to promote positive interactions and a sense of fun.
Activities include:
• A daily sporting activity (Indoors or Outdoors)
• The opportunity for pupils to complete homework.
• Board games.
• Art & Craft / Construction.
• Seasonal activities
• A cinema facility.
Club Fees
Breakfast Club - Pre-booked before 3.00pm the previous day via parent pay:
- 8.00am – 8.45am slot – £6.00
After School Club - Pre-booked before 3.00pm the previous day via parent pay:
- 3.15pm – 4.30pm slot - £6.00 (Early pick up)
- 3.15pm – 6pm slot - £10.00 (Late pick up)
- Transfer from activity clubs to A.C.E. place - £6.00
Fees will be reviewed annually.
Should there be any reason why a Parent/Carer is struggling to make payments, we encourage them to speak to the school at the earliest opportunity. We operate a no debt policy.
Where payment is not received by the due date, the child’s place may be rescinded.
